All of the lampshades are shipped directly from France and are specially packaged for protection during shipping.
SHIPPING METHODS
SHIPPING TIMES
The shipping times indicated do not include the production time(*) of the lampshades. The shipping time is added to the production time of the lampshades.
For the following destinations, the estimated shipping times are :
- 2 business days for France (mainland).
- 3 to 5 business days for the European Union.
- 5 to 8 business days to the United States.
The estimated time does not include any eventual delays due to customs.
(*) Reminder : One to two weeks is necessary for production, unless otherwise stated, and from the moment your order has been confirmed.
TRACKING SHIPMENTS
Once your order has been shipped, you will be informed by mail and the tracking number will be given to you. With this number, you may track your package (complete or partial depending on the destination) at any time via the French Postal Service : https://www.laposte.fr
SHIPPING RATES
The shipping rates are added to the amount of your Lampshade Request. All prices include handling, packaging, insurance and shipping with signature required upon delivery.

Note : For all other grouped lampshades, quantities or destinations, the exact shipping rates will be given to you following your request.
** All shipping rates are subject to increases on postal rates and packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, loose-fill peanuts, …).
Prices are quoted in Euros (€) Net Price : “TVA non applicable, article 293 B du Code Général des Impôts” (VAT non-applicable).
INSURANCE
An insurance has been included in case of loss or damage.
Please verify your package upon arrival. Don’t hesitate to notify any anomalies on the delivery notice upon reception.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international deliveries, the lampshade prices along with the shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges that may be due in virtue of the laws in the United States and/or other countries.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country : These charges are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.
